Chapter 43 - School Grass x School Flower (3)
Lu Li was so excited that she immediately sat up on the bed and took the photo album from Chi Chenyan: “Hehehehe.”
She sat cross-legged on the bed, and spread the album in front of her.
The first photo was so cute that she wanted to scream.
“Husband!!!” Lu Li covered her mouth to prevent herself from screaming, and patted Chi Chenyan’s arm with her other hand.
Chi Chenyan glanced at the album. It was a photo of him when he was a baby.
Lu Li looked at the chubby photos of Chi Chenyan when he was a baby, and thought that it was really adorable. She picked the album and hugged it to her chest: “Husband is too cute, right?”
Chi Chenyan chuckled.
Lu Li put down the album and flipped it.
The album is arranged in chronological order.
It is a recording of a baby’s growth into a teenager.
Lu Li felt excited every time she looked a t a few pictures, and patted Chi Chenyan’s arm excitedly.
Infancy:
“Husband, you were so cute when you were young!”
Childhood:
“Husband, you looked good when you were young!”
Teen:
“Oh, husband, how can you be so handsome!”
Lu Li looked at the photos at the ages of fifteen or sixteen in a high school uniform. Although he was not matured yet, he was definitely the school grass in high school. She felt like a young girl who was in love with the school grass.
She then raised her head and compared it to Chi Chenyan now.
Although Chi Chenyan is better now, but when he was fifteen or sixteen, his was also handsome.
Lu Li regretted and beat the pillow: “Husband, I regret not knowing you earlier!”
Chi Chenyan glanced at the photo that made Lu Li excited. He did not think that it was anything special, but in Lu Li’s eyes, it looked very different.
When Lu Li saw the entire album, her entire heart was thumping, and she felt like she was experiencing her first love.
She then threw herself on Chi Chenyan and looked up at his face.
Similar to the sixteen-year-old boy in the album.
Lu Li was annoyed: “I really want to see my sixteen-year-old husband.”
Chi Chenyan smiled, not knowing what to say, and raised his hand to touch Lu Li’s head.
Lu Li took out her cell phone again.
“Husband, I will show you my photos too.”
Chi Chenyan nodded: “Okay.”
Lu Li found her sixteen-year-old photo and showed it to Chi Chenyan.
There are some photos of Lu Li when she was a child on the internet, but this is the first time that Chi Chenyan saw it.
She wore an English high school uniform, her eyebrows and eyes have begun to show her beauty. When she looked at the camera, she raised her chin slightly, looking arrogant. She is too beautiful, and can shine wherever she is.
Lu Li put her picture with Chi Chenyan together. School grass x school flower. She thought that if this is put in the super chat for Pear Couple, it will definitely blew up, and the number of fans will increase tremendously.
But Lu Li immediately dispelled the thought of putting it on the super chat.
Because she is very stingy. Her sixteen-year-old husband, only she can appreciate silently, and cannot be shared with others.
Chi Chenyan looked at the photos that Lu Li put together, originally, he wanted to say that she was only thirteen when he was sixteen, she can’t compare those two sixteen-year-old at the same time. But seeing Lu Li looking so devoted, he swallowed his words again.
“Husband.” Lu Li lay on Chi Chenyan’s chest. She was quiet for a while and then suddenly said: “I finally know why I didn’t date those boys who chased me back then.”
Chi Chenyan: “Why?”
Knowing Lu Li’s family background, it is impossible to not have dated someone of her age when she was studying, but hearing her say it, it still felt different.
Lu Li raised her head and looked at Chi Chenyan’s face with a serious and firm look in her eyes.
“Because I am destined to wait for you.”
“My husband and I crossed the Naihe bridge together, and drank the Meng Po soup hand-in-hand in our previous lives. Only in this life was there such a love as deep as the ocean. Our fate is set in stone.”
“Look at us when we were sixteen.”
“I know understand what a match made in heaven is and what destined couple is.”
“The fortune teller didn’t lie to us!”
